Please join the Iowa Recycling Association for networking and tours at Waste Commission of Scott County on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025 at 9:00am followed by the board retreat from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Light refreshments will be served at 8:30 AM with the tour beginning at 9:00 AM. Guests should meet at 5640 Carey Avenue, Davenport, IA 52807.
